Zoho implementation in the UAE is mostly done badly in one of two ways: a licence reseller signs you up and disappears, or a team self-serves the trial and stalls three weeks in. We do the third way: a working system.

As a hands-on Zoho partner in Dubai, we implement the suite around how your business actually runs. Zoho Books configured for UAE VAT and AED invoicing. Zoho Inventory that agrees with your accounts. Zoho Desk answering on the channels your customers actually use. Zoho CRM carrying deals with blueprints and WhatsApp follow-ups. And Zoho Analytics reporting across all of it, one login, one dataset, one monthly bill.

Whether you need one app done properly or a full Zoho One rollout, we scope it fixed-fee, migrate your data, and train your team, typically live in two to four weeks.

Zoho Implementation & Pricing FAQs

Approximate AED per month, and the reason the bundle usually wins. Zoho Books price starts around AED 40 per organization for the entry plan. Zoho CRM systems run roughly AED 50 to 190 per user depending on edition, so Zoho CRM costs scale with edition rather than seats alone, and the CRM Zoho price people quote is almost always the Standard tier. Zoho Desk from about AED 55 per user. Zoho Analytics from about AED 90. Zoho Meetings, Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Sheets and Zoho Cliq are individually cheap, in the AED 10 to 40 per user range, and Zoho Expense sits around AED 20 per user. Add three or four of those and Zoho One price at roughly AED 135 per user for the whole suite becomes the cheaper line, which is why most of our implementations end up there.

Whatever the workflow needs, but the recurring set is: Zoho CRM for the pipeline, Zoho Books for invoicing and VAT, Zoho Inventory for stock, Zoho Desk for support tickets, email marketing campaigns (Zoho Campaigns), Zoho Analytics for cross-app dashboards, Zoho WorkDrive for shared documents with proper permissions, Zoho Sheets as the Zoho spreadsheet where a team needs one inside the suite rather than a separate Google account, staff expenses (Zoho Expense) for claims and reimbursements, Zoho Meetings for client calls logged against CRM records, and Zoho Cliq as internal chat when a business wants to move off WhatsApp groups. We switch on what you will use and leave the rest off, because a suite with 45 unused apps is harder to adopt than five configured ones.

Zoho pricing is per user per month and varies by app and edition. As a guide in AED: Zoho One (the all-app bundle) is about AED 135/user/month on the all-employee plan; Zoho CRM runs roughly AED 50-190/user/month depending on edition; Zoho Books starts around AED 40/organization/month with VAT support on every plan; Zoho Inventory and Zoho Desk have comparable per-user tiers. Zoho One pricing usually wins once you need three or more apps, which is most businesses. Our implementation fee is separate from the licences: a single-app setup starts around AED 4,000-7,000, a multi-app Zoho One rollout typically AED 10,000-25,000 depending on migration and integration scope. We quote fixed after a free audit.

Yes. Zoho Books is FTA-accredited VAT-compliant accounting software for the UAE. We configure your TRN, 5% VAT treatments (standard, zero-rated, exempt, reverse charge for imports), bilingual AED invoice templates that meet FTA invoice requirements, and the VAT return report that maps to the FTA filing format. If you're moving from Excel or another accounting tool, we migrate your chart of accounts, open invoices and balances so day one in Books matches your last trial balance.

For most SMEs, yes. Zoho ERP in practice means Books + Inventory + CRM (and often Desk) connected: quotes convert to sales orders, sales orders drive stock movements and invoices, purchases update stock and payables, and everything reports into Zoho Analytics. It covers the 80% of ERP needs a mid-size trading, distribution or e-commerce business has, at a fraction of the licence and implementation cost of a traditional ERP system. We tell you honestly when your complexity (manufacturing BOMs, multi-entity consolidation) is beyond it.

Both, and we help you choose. Individual apps make sense when you need exactly one thing well, like Zoho Books for accounting. Zoho One makes sense as soon as you need several: at about AED 135/user/month for 45+ apps, it's usually cheaper than three separate subscriptions. In a Zoho One rollout we deliberately switch on only the apps you need (typically CRM, Books, Inventory, Desk, Campaigns, Analytics, WorkDrive) and configure those properly, rather than drowning your team in all 45.

Yes. Common migrations we run: HubSpot to Zoho CRM (deals, contacts, activity history, then rebuilding workflows in Blueprint and Deluge), Excel or Tally to Zoho Books (chart of accounts, contacts, open invoices, opening balances), and legacy inventory sheets into Zoho Inventory with barcode-ready item masters. Migration is staged and tested against your current numbers before cutover, so you never run blind.

Yes. Zoho Campaigns covers email marketing with lists, journeys and templates synced from CRM, and we wire Zoho into the WhatsApp Business API for automated follow-ups, notifications and marketing messages. If WhatsApp is central to how you sell, see our WhatsApp Business API service, we make Zoho trigger WhatsApp flows the way HubSpot does natively.

Zoho's apps are affordable but deep, and the default setup is generic. A partner implementation gets you: workflows modeled on how you actually sell and bill, UAE VAT configured correctly the first time, integrations (WhatsApp, payment gateways, your website) that Zoho doesn't wire out of the box, clean migrated data, and a trained team. Most self-setups we're called to rescue stalled at 'we pay for it but nobody uses it', the licence was never the expensive part.
