1. Services
GoDesign FZE ("GoDesign", "we", "us") provides digital agency services including CRM implementation, AI and workflow automation, web development, SEO, branding, and content production. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of Work
All projects are governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Project Agreement. The SOW defines deliverables, timelines, and fees. Any work outside the agreed scope is subject to a change order and additional fees.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Projects typically require a deposit (50% or as specified in the SOW) before work commences. GoDesign reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables produced for the client transfer to the client. GoDesign retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party tools, platforms, and licences remain subject to their own terms.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
GoDesign's total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project. GoDesign is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. The client is responsible for fees for all work completed to the date of termination. Any deposit paid for unstarted work may be refunded at GoDesign's discretion.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
